CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER (full-time):

Looking to hire a fabulous 'people person' to head our Customer Experience department.

Ideal candidates must have superb people skills, very personable, demonstrates excellent written and spoken communication, very organized and can get things done quickly in a fast-paced environment. This is not your run-of-the-mill job. We need someone who can deliver happiness along with our stellar products!

Job duties include (but not limited to):

  • Handles all incoming calls
  • Take care of phone-in and/or walk-in orders
  • Manage inventory and update website with new products
  • Oversee office organization
  • Orders supplies needed for office (shipping/packing, etc.)
  • Ensures the overall customer experience is of the highest standard

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter, takes charge and initiates projects
  • Excellent people skills, past customer service experience is a plus
  • Organized and punctual
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Gives our customers a sincere and top-notch experience

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (full-time):

Our Boss Lady, Ellen Bennett needs a right-hand man or woman to execute projects in a very fast-paced, growing environment. Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, readily available, and able to juggle a lot of projects at once, basically multi-task like a winner! This is NOT your average desk job. Candidate must be able to do whatever is needed and essentially be a direct extension of the CEO. This position is demanding with plenty of room to grow.

Job duties include (but not limited to)

  • Support the CEO with heavy calendaring and scheduling
  • Assist with preparations for scheduled meetings, i.e. running errands, picking up lunch/snacks, booking conference room, etc.
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of CEO, including drafting of letters, emails, and other written communication.
  • Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
  • Prepare and distribute presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents
  • General clerical duties, including faxing and scanning
  • Handle all travel arrangements and hotel accommodations for CEO
  • Other projects big and small, as needed

Qualifications: 

  • Past experience as anExecutive Assistant 
  • Proficient in MS Office: Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Extremely detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, expert multi-tasker 
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (full-time):

H&B needs an experienced Production Coordinator who's main responsibility is to guide orders through the production line without errors and able to maintain tight deadlines.

Job duties include (but not limited to):

  • Handing off new orders to manufacturers 
  • Overseeing the production line, quality control
  • Informing sales reps on status of orders
  • Making sure orders to go out the door on time

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in textiles and fabrics
  • Previous operations or production experienced required
  • Very organized
  • Manage multiple communication terminals
  • Quick on your feet
