Shipping to the US (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii):

Ground:
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Domestic orders over $175.00 USD qualify for free Ground shipping.

Overnight:
For overnight and 3-day shipping please factor in 1 additional day into the estimated delivery date due to our processing time.  If you require true one day or two day service, please contact us and speak to our Customer Service Representative.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. The exception to this would be orders with embroidery. Please allow 2 business days before shipping occurs, regardless of the method of shipping chosen. Currently, we do not ship or deliver on weekends and federal holidays.  If you would like merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations, please place separate orders for each location.

Tracking Your Shipment

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking information.

International Shipping

USPS is used for shipping out of the country, if DHL is preferred please contact our Customer Service Representative for a quote and payment.

Please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. 


These additional charges are the customers responsibility.
