Apron Squad Guarantee

We stand behind everything we make and want you to love your apron as much as we do! If you are not fully satisfied with one of our products at the time that you receive it, you may return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund within 30 days*. Contact customerservice@hedleyb.com for a return label.

*Custom Orders (including embroideries) and worn and washed items are not returnable.


We will repair anything* that appears to have failed under normal use such as weak stitching or broken hardware. We are happy to provide these repairs free of charge.

We do not repair damage due to normal wear and tear or damage not caused by malfunction. For example, we do not repair discoloration of fabric due to chemical spills, oil or ink pens. Damage due to washing your fabric incorrectly (high heat) will not be repaired either.

Please expect all repairs to be completed in 1-2 weeks.

*Specialty items such as MISE and VANs excluded.

Please wash all aprons before sending them for repair!

Strap Change Promise

Our straps are made of 100% cotton webbing. Over time they may wear down. If this happens the apron can be sent back to change out the straps for a minimal cost.

Who Pays For Shipping?

You ship us your product for any necessary repairs and we pay for the shipping to send it back! Your product(s) will be returned via ground shipping.
