Wonderful, talented, exceptional, Evan Funke, formerly of Bucato, is back for one night only, cooking a collaboration dinner with Hedley & Bennett at the Apron Factory! This is the Roman Feast of my dreams.. pictures of cacio e pepe, focaccia, porchetta, all running through my head. 

 

Here's what you need to know!!

When: November 14th ... cocktail hour at 7 ... dinner at 8
Where: The Apron Factory ... 3864 S. Santa Fe Avenue, Vernon, Ca 90058
First: Cocktail hour and appetizers
Then: 5 course meal including dessert AND wine pairings
Last: Overwhelming amounts of happiness
