Our friends at Staub partnered up with our other friends at Food52 to collaborate on an amazing (and exclusive!) navy blue enameled cast iron pot complete with beautiful brass handles!
We immediately put it to work and Ellen our apron lady whipped up some of what she calls her "favorite big kid mac and cheese" Her quick tips? Lots of butter, fresh cracked pepper and to save a bit of the pasta water!
