This knife is SLICK. Gorgeous. Comfy. Love the white handle and brass rivets, you clearly put a ton of thought into the design to address the stuff us pro chefs deal with using heavy, badly designed knives in the line.
Great knife, great feel to it. Love the light weight. Love the rounded spine. Usually my knives give me callouses or blisters after hours and hours of using it so loving the thoughtfulness on the spine design. Tip is nice and thin. Really sharp, clearly holds its edge. The handle is my favorite, fits to my hand and makes me feel like I’m in control.
