Working with pro chefs, we crafted this knife to meet those standards, with three-layer Japanese steel that's been tested through countless professional kitchen sessions. The Phillies logo is etched into the blade with pride, while the ergonomic caviar handle feels as natural as debating the best spot for cannoli. After rigorous testing, we can safely say this knife moves through everything from sharp provolone to Sunday gravy prep with the precision that serious cooking demands.
