Ever wonder what a Top Chef eats and craves in their own neck of the woods!? We sat down with newly published cookbook author Kristen Kish and asked her what her go-to spots are when she's home in Boston.
Johnny Cupcakes: I met Johnny and his now wife Katie many years ago, His business aside for a moment…I absolutely adore them as people. Kind and amazing. His brand is so creative, always looking for something fun or the next idea, and he shares his experience and wealth of knowledge so generously. Love people like that!
Hojoko: The Cushman's have created such a fun variety of concepts. I love all of their places Boston and NYC. Hojoko being a lively, great fun scene. Always a party!!
Barbara Lynch Gruppo: Of course I love anything this woman does, my mentor, great friend, and family I basically live at the butcher shop whenever I am in Boston. This week I’ve been there every single night…seriously. Its family, I feel more comfortable there than my own apartment!
Oleana: One of my absolute favorite places to eat. The food has soul..it's the kind of food you just dive head first in. Driven much by Turkish cuisine, it's one of its kind for the restaurant scene here…they over deliver every time!
Myers and Chang: I crave this food the most. I adore Joanne, Karen, Christopher, and their entire team. Kind hearts and delicious food..a beautiful combination.
